Getting Started
Whether you know exactly what you would like or you're not sure where to start, get in touch for a no-obligation chat. No questions are ever too daft!
Design Ideas
Once we've had our initial chat DSPwebsites research your business area and look at some design options for your website. We usually get back to you within a week with some draft design ideas and you can tell us what appeals to you and what doesn't. There is no obligation whatsoever to use any of the designs we suggest. We can keep going until you find the design that works for you.
First Draft
As your website comes together we will suggest the layout and possible images to use but, as no one knows your business like you do, the text to write is the one area we must rely on you to tell us what to publish. All text supplied will be checked and corrections made for spelling and grammar (if required).
Further Revisions
No one knows your business like you do so, although we can suggest a broad outline and possible wording, this is the one area we must rely on you to tell us what to publish. As the site comes together you will be kept informed and able to suggest edits and changes as required.
Completed Design
Before you realise it your website will be completed for you and you will be asked for final approval before we send it live. If at this stage you stil require changes that is no problem; we will revise as many times as you wish to ensure you are completely happy.
The Best Bit!
The moment you've been waiting for! Once you have given us the go ahead we arrange for your website to be hosted on our professionally maintained Cloud server (we have tried many hosting companies over the years but have found there is no subsititute for a top quality server provider. That is why we rent our Cloud services from a market leading UK provider). As with everything else, DPSwebsites manage the whole process for you and your new website will be ONLINE the same day.
Emails
Give your business the professional touch and stop using hotmail, gmail etc as your email address. With each website you can choose the email addresses you would like. These will be full, professional IMAP accounts which can be accessed from anywhere and on all devices.
Search Engines
Once you have your new website, that is only part of the story. We not only publish your website, we also perform a basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) which involves plenty of clever things during the design and publication process to ensure it has the best possible chance of being listed in the search engines, and hence finding you more customers. Whilst we take great pride in getting our websites listed well in all major search engines, we cannot guarantee results.
Further Revisions
You may have the website you love but customer feedback can be a great source for suggestions. You may also find you have unexpectedly left something out which you are keen to promote. No problem, we can soon sort these things out and we always expect to make a few minor changes during the first week or two.

Our first class hosting service provides exceptional speed and reliability. DPSwebsites liase directly with the server team on your behalf to ensure a smooth and trouble free service.
Need an Update?
Don't worry about having to get technical! As our service is ALL INCLUSIVE we do the updates for you. To keep the costs down for everyone, typically we ask that your website not be updated more than once a month, but no reasonable request will be ignored. Fair expectations all round is all we ask.

You may already have a domain name (the part that goes www.CompanyName.com or similar), which is fine, we will advise you what you will need to do to get it working. If you don't, we will include one FREE OF CHARGE and administer it for you.

Our service is dedicated to helping small business services get online with a professional presence. We do not build or maintain websites that require a checkout facility or login portals. The ability to sell products online requires a much more complex solution. If you intend opening an online shop then you will need a specialist service which we do not currently provide.
