Support & Updates

Now your website is online you may occasionally want to make some changes.

As we have an All Inclusive Service this means that we will do the changes for you! Simply let us know what changes you'd like to make and we'll get them done in no time at all. All we ask is that once your site is online and you're happy with it, that we are not being asked to constantly make changes. This takes up much more time and will only end up with us having to increase the cost of the service - we don't want to do that! As a rough guide we're more than happy to do updates each month for you and no reasonable request will ever be refused.

However, if you're technically minded enough to be able to do them yourself that's no problem; it is your site after all. We'll provide you with all the access details you'll need to be able to do this. You'll also be pleased to know that we only use the leading administration system, cPanel, and you'll get all the usual features and ease of use you expect from this great system.

When your domain name is due for renewel we will also ensure this is done and also make any necessary configuration changes as required.

We realise that you may have more support questions that we haven't mentioned but hopefully all the main issues have been covered. If you want to know anything more at all about our service then please do just get in contact.

Questions & Answers

 

I need to update some information on the site. How do I do this?

Don't worry about having to get technical! As our service is a fully supported one we will do the updates for you. To keep the costs down for everyone, typically we would ask that the site not be updated more than once a month, but no reasonable request will be ignored. Fair expectations all round is all we ask.

What if I find a problem?

Contact Us as soon as you have any problem and we'll do our utmost to correct things.

My friend says I need to ensure our website is hosted in the UK. Will it be and why is this?

Yes, our servers are located in the UK in a fully managed facility. Although this is slightly more expensive for us it does give UK based businesses a slight edge in the UK search engine results pages.

My friend also says that I need to ensure (another technical question) before I sign-up. What's the answer?

We don't want to have a long list of technical details as these can lead to confusion, and in 99.9% of cases it's not necessary, but we'll be happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
