No warranty, explicit or implied, is made with respect to the completeness or accuracy of the information contained in this site, and DPSwebsites will not accept responsibility for any actual or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this site.

We aim to keep all of our customers 100% happy and really do not wish to impose contracts on anyone. DPSwebsites operate on a friendly, personal and commonsense approach. We believe this benefits everyone and enables us to operate on a contract free basis.

Downtime - Whilst we aim to have your website online 100% of the time, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of damages you may incur as a result of unexpected downtime. Every effort will be made to get your website back online as soon as possible.

Cancellation - Should you decide to cancel your website with us you can do so at any time but DPSwebsites retain all copyright for any work completed.

Domain name - If you cancel your service, but wish to keep the domain name we have registered for you (if applicable), we simply request that you cover the fee we have paid to register this (typically £12). You do not have to pay this if you decide you no longer require the domain name.
